At EnvybyThus, each unit is prepared with care ,intention and attention to quality. As many of our pieces are offered via limited pre order releases, we kindly ask that all orders are placed thoughtfully. 

Pre-Orders Items:

Pre order purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.After this period ,your unit may already be in preparation , sourcing or production and can no longer be cancelled .

Order Amendments:

If you need to amend your order details please contact us as soon as possible at envybythus@gmail.com. While we will always do our best to assist , however changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun .

We always encourage customers to review all order details carefully before purchase , and our team is happy to assist with any questions prior to ordering.
