What's the difference between your styles?

Each of our wigs has its own personality or a different mood.

Nightfall is sleek and timeless in black straight.

Sway brings rich, full Burmese curls with natural movement. Champagne is our elevated blonde straight unit.

Saffron is a warm auburn brown for those who love a refined, natural look.

All feature a 13x4 HD lace frontal for an undetectable finish.

What lengths are available?

Our wigs are available in 24", 26", 28", and 30" lengths.

Not sure which to choose?

As a guide — 24" sits around mid-back, 28" reaches the lower back, and 30" is a full dramatic length.

Can I install without glue?

At the moment our wigs are designed for glue installations, allowing for the most secure and seamless finish.

We’re continuously exploring future glueless options but we won’t release one until it meets the Envy standard.

How long does shipping take?

Every Envy By Thus wig is individually prepared before leaving us.

Please allow for approximately 10 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and dispatched.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll email your tracking details so you can follow every step of the journey.

Where are orders shipped from?

Our premium hair is ethically sourced from trusted international partners before every wig is quality checked, carefully packaged and dispatched from Brisbane, Australia.

How do I care for my wig?

Treat it like your own hair — with love. Use sulphate-free shampoo, condition regularly, and always store your wig on a stand or in a silk bag when not in use.

A little care goes a long way and your wig will thank you for it.

Can I return my wig?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. No runaround, no disappearing act. Just a real person who cares.
